DEBBIE ROWE WANTS CHILDREN OR MORE MONEY - WHICH ONE?

MJ's mom, Katherine Jackson and his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe have joined to seek a delay in a hearing that could decide who gets custody of MJ's children. A guardianship hearing that was scheduled for Monday has been delayed for a week, an attorney said Friday. Instead, the two sides are trying to broker ($$$$) an out-of-court settlement.

"We are pleased that the child custody hearing has been continued over until July 20th to further our progress and allow us to privately and amicably resolve this most important matter in a dignified manner for the benefit of the children first and all involved," L. Londell McMillan said in a statement to The Associated Press.

Rowe has not indicated in court filings that she intends to seek custody. Well, it sounds like to me that D Rowe is looking for another pay off. What do you think?

If MJ wanted her to take care of his kids - he would have named her in the will. But he specifically and intentionally did not want her to have anything to do with those kids.

A Jackson family lawyer, Londell McMillian was on the "Today" show this morning and he told Matt Lauer that Michael Jackson's mother wants custody of his three kids. He also said Michael's three children will most likely remain with his mother, Katherine, who currently has custody.

McMillan also said he hasn't heard that Debbie Rowe has any interest in custody of the children. McMillan also talked about concerns over Dr. Conrad Murray saying the family is "troubled with the circumstances surrounding the death."
