Katt Williams will not be charged in the incident involving a 17-year-old boy, a Georgia sheriff's deputy confirmed on Tuesday.
The unidentified boy called 911, claiming Williams was holding him against his will at the Newnan estate where Williams is staying while in town filming a movie about Barack Obama. The 38-year-old actor and television personality was arrested there Sunday night after the estate's caretaker, Daniel Broach, claimed Williams broke into his home and stole nearly $4,000 worth of jewelry and collectible coins.
The teen's allegations weren't nearly as specific. Coweta Sheriff's Office Maj. Mike Kinsey said the deputy who responded to last Tuesday's 911 call wasn't able to substantiate any of the boy's claims.
"It seems there was nothing going on," Kinsey said.
The funnyman is being sued over his new movie, a documentary which looks into the lengths members of the black community go to in order to change their hair, by a filmmaker who claims a film she made — and allegedly screened for the actor — is similar enough to Rock’s movie to be considered copyright infringement to the tune of at least $5 million.

Lesbian comedian, Wanda Sykes and her wifey, Alex, welcomed twins on April 27, her rep tells PEOPLE magazine. Daughter Olivia Lou weighed in at 6lbs., 7 oz., and was 19-inches long. Son, Lucas Claude debuted at 7lbs., and was 20-inches long. The comedian's wife gave birth to the babies. “All are happy and healthy and at home,” says Sykes’s rep Danica Smith.The actress, who stars on New Adventures of Old Christine, and her wife were married on Oct. 25, 2008. The twins are the first children for the couple. Damn! Wanda got her a stallion!
