WAS MICHAEL DOING TOO MUCH?

Michael Jackson reportedly was working out several hours a day to prepare for the "This Is It" tour set to begin next month in London. The superstar worked with choreographer and director Kenny Ortega, left. Jackson, 50, died June 25 of a suspected heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest.

Early reports suggest that Jackson, 50, suffered a heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest on June 25, amid weeks of intense physical rehearsals for a 50-show gig starting in London next month. While there’s some question about possible drug abuse, doctors say launching an arduous exercise program causes problems for older people every day.

“After age 40, the frequency of sudden cardiac arrest goes up dramatically under the stress of exercise,” said Dr. Mark Estes, past president of the Heart Rhythm Society based in Washington, D.C.

“Among the worst offenders are famous athletes who still consider themselves in shape.”
It’s vital for older exercisers, even those who were very fit when they were young, to be screened for underlying heart conditions and to build up the intensity and duration of any fitness program gradually — if at all.

“Regular moderate exercise is good for you,” Estes said. “It’s not clear that intense exercise does much more for you.”
Jackson worked out hours every day Estes and several other cardiologists emphasized that they can’t speak directly to Jackson’s health or his fitness regime. Dancers working with Jackson have said in press reports that he was practicing choreography and working out several hours a day, keeping up with the 20-year-olds in his entourage.
But the doctors said what’s been lost in the discussion of the pop star’s health, and his death, is the fact that he was an aging man, a Baby Boomer with all of the health baggage that that implies.
“He’s 50 years old and 50-year-old people die every day,” said Dr. Bruce Wilkoff, an expert in cardiac arrhythmia at the Cleveland Clinic.

A Jackson family lawyer, Londell McMillian was on the "Today" show this morning and he told Matt Lauer that Michael Jackson's mother wants custody of his three kids. He also said Michael's three children will most likely remain with his mother, Katherine, who currently has custody.

McMillan also said he hasn't heard that Debbie Rowe has any interest in custody of the children. McMillan also talked about concerns over Dr. Conrad Murray saying the family is "troubled with the circumstances surrounding the death."

MICHAEL JACKSON: ANNOINTED BEFORE HIS PASSING?

I just had a conversation with a friend from Maryland who attended a wedding on Saturday and Pastor Shirley Caeser was in attendance. She told me that Pastor Caesar got up to sing a song for the Bride and Groom and she told everyone that Michael Jackson "got saved" (he received the Lord Jesus Christ as his saviour) 3 weeks ago.

I'm hearing that Rev. Andrae Crouch and his twin sister Sandra Crouch received a phone call from Michael Jackson requesting their presence to his home. The ministers talked with Michael and he allowed them to annoint him with the 'HOLY SPIRIT' and asked that they sing his favorite song, ""It Won't Be Long And We'll Be Leaving Here."
Now there is a debate on whether Michael was a Muslim or not - this says HE WASN'T!
Now why would respected and credible people in the Christian community and in the world lie about something like this.

After hearing this, I was immediately calm about Michael's passing, knowing that he will definitely be okay now, his spirit can rest. Then the journalist/blogger in me googled this - to see if any other media and blogger sites were reporting it, because they are so quick to report/post all the negatives - so this positive, I wasn't sure that this would get any legs. I checked Mr. Crouch's Facebook page and his personal FB administrator Dave Nassaney posted these, per Mr. Crouch:

Andrae' and Sandra did in fact visit with MJ 2 times, once at the recording studio, and once at his home in the last 2 months, as recently as 3 weeks ago, asking for prayer concerning the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and how he could make his music more "spiritual",...

There was NO actual “sinners prayer” ( John 3:16) however, but they did talk and pray about Jesus and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. They also told him, “Michael, we consider you as our son”, and he said, “Yes, yes, yes”, and he gave him his latest music on a CD, and he told him, “Andrae’ I trust you with this”, and gave him CD’s of 2 songs, unpublished, …beautiful music. He still had his Christmas decorations up at home.

Andrae' and Sandra explained to him (MJ) about the "anointing" and about Jesus. He wanted to know what makes your hands go up, and makes you “come out of yourself”, and what gives a "spirituality" to the music? He then requested to hear his favorite song that he loves, and wanted then to sing to him, so they sang that song to him, and joined hands and sang together, and he said, “it was beautiful”...

He first heard it in NY, and loved it, and wanted it on tape. He had the engineer tape the song sang to him by Andrae’ and Sandra. He definitely had an “encounter” with them, Andrae’ says, “he did NOT reject Jesus or the prayer when they prayed, and gladly joined in prayer.” He usually doesn’t touch anybody, but he touched them, and held their hands in a circle as they sang and prayed...

Of course there are alot of naysayers and haters who just can't believe the power of GOD and they do not want to believe that this was in deed true. So I checked another Christian Blog page and on "Mary Mary's" OFFICIAL Blog Site and FB page this was confirmed:

Good News----RIP MICHAEL JACKSON

Last night we received some good news from Terri McFaddin-Solomon who is good friends with Sandra Crouch. Three weeks ago Sandra and Andre' spent some time with their close friend, Michael Jackson. Michael asked Andre` to play, "It Won't Be Long And We'll Be Leaving Here." Michael then prayed with Sandra and Andre and accepted Christ into his heart. Now he's singing in the heavenly choir.! Our hearts rejoice!

It breaks my heart to see Michael Jackson go but his work was done. He will not be ridiculed by those who cast stones and lives in Glass Houses themselves. No more accusations, no more harrasment, no more distrustful people around him, no more disloyal servants, no more!

How many of us can say that we have had 1/2 the career that he did. That we have inspired, influenced or enriched 1/4 of the world like he did. Well Done Michael - It is in deed the last curtain call. He will be here in spirit as we watch our children and others as they imitate his moves or sings his songs.

He will forever be remembered by me and my family as a true PIONEER, INNOVATOR, FATHER, BROTHER, SON, UNCLE, FRIEND and the KING OF POP - THE WORLD'S GREATEST ENTERTAINER EVER!

Sandra Crouch has posted on her FB page that she and her brother did visit MJ but to discuss working on his upcoming Album. This is what she says:

FROM SANDRA'S FB PAGE: “It has been brought to my attention that several media outlets have been erroneously reporting that my brother, Andrae Crouch and me met our dear friend Michael Jackson several weeks prior to his death so he could accept Christ. This is incorrect and absolutely not true. We loved and respected Michael enormously and we've been friends with him for many, many years, and are deeply saddened by his sudden and tragic death.We recently met with Michael to discuss recording two songs with our choir for his newest recording project. Michael always had a respect and curiosity for spiritual things. During our meeting, not unlike many other creative/music meetings we've had with him the past, we sang together, prayed together and had a wonderful time. We are praying for Michael's family and desire nothing less than God's best for them. With much love, Sandra Crouch and Andrae’ Crouch”

So which is it? Andrae says they discussed the annointing of JC and she said they didn't. Were they both in the same meeting? One thing is fact - he was not a Muslim if he had Christmas decorations still up in his home.
