A noticeably thin Brittany Murphy attended her screening of "Across the Hall" in Beverly Hills.
The 32-year-old was recently photographed at LAX with her screenwriter hubby, Simon Monjack, in some serious lip lock'd PDA with their dog.

Tagging that with anorexia and emaciated is so rude and uncalled for. Brittany did not suffer from an eating disorder. Spreading rumours like this benefits nobody.
